Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. At the end 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. In October 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more proud of her placing. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
